27 more days, but who's counting

As  the summer comes to a close and my last road trip has ended, I think about my next big trip and all that needs to be done. My suitcase is still not unpacked from vacation a couple weeks ago - I should unpack that first - but I think about what I need to bring and how I'm going to fit it all into the two bags I can bring. Nerves have started to kick in as my date of departure approaches and I think about all the unknowns. As I start to add things to my extensive check-list, I thank God for this opportunity and take time to hang out with all the people I will miss. Hopefully, I can also squeeze in time to learn some Arabic...
